Tabd, Inc. ("Tabd", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our browser extension, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, company name, and billing information. We also collect information automatically when you use Tabd, including call metadata (duration, timestamp, connected number), browser extension usage telemetry, CRM sync events, and device and connection information.
We do not record the audio content of your calls. All call audio is processed exclusively by your VoIP provider under their own privacy policy.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Tabd platform; process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and invoices; send administrative messages, technical notices, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.
We use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our AI models and call intelligence features. This data cannot be linked back to individual users or organizations.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• With vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics) • In response to a legal request if we believe disclosure is required by law • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets • With your consent or at your direction
All third-party processors are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with this policy and applicable data protection laws.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@tabydial.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Call logs and CRM sync records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
Tabd is headquartered in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. We comply with applicable legal frameworks for international data transfers, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the European Economic Area.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data • Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data • Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data • Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Refusing essential cookies may impair functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and sending an email notification to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Tabd after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
