01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tabydial, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

02Service Usage

Tabydial provides internet-based voice calling. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use the service for illegal activities, fraud, scams, harassment, or mass calling operations that violate local telecom rules.

We may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected misuse, abuse, or violations of these terms.

03Call Credits and Billing

Calls are billed based on published rates and may vary by destination, network type (mobile/landline), and carrier routing.

Credits may be purchased in advance and applied to usage. Unused credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

We may adjust rates from time to time. We will display applicable rates before you place a call whenever possible.

04Call Quality and Availability

While we aim to provide reliable service, call quality depends on factors outside our control such as internet connection, device performance, and carrier interconnect.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for interruptions, dropped calls, or quality degradation caused by third parties.

Planned maintenance may occur to improve platform stability and security.

05Privacy and Call Data

We may collect and process call metadata (e.g., timestamps, duration, destination) for billing, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement.

Call audio content is not intended to be recorded or stored by default. Any processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for complying with local consent/recording laws when using call services.

06Emergency Calls

Tabydial is not a replacement for traditional telephone service and may not support emergency calling (e.g., 911/112/999).

Do not use Tabydial for emergency services. Always use a traditional phone line or local emergency service provider.

07Refund Policy

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support with relevant details (date, time, destination, and account email).

Refunds (if approved) may be processed to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds may be denied if substantial usage occurred or if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
