Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Tabd platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tabd, Inc. governing your access to and use of all Tabd products and services.
By accessing or using the Tabd browser extension, web application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organization.
Tabd provides a browser extension and associated platform that acts as an intelligence layer between a company's existing VoIP provider and the web tools they use daily. The Service enables click-to-call functionality, CRM auto-logging, call analytics, and AI-powered call intelligence features.
Tabd does not provide VoIP telephony services. The Service relies on your existing VoIP provider account. You are responsible for maintaining a valid subscription with your VoIP provider.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@tabydial.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
Tabd offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights • Make calls to numbers on Do-Not-Call registries without appropriate consent • Engage in any form of harassment, spam, or unsolicited outreach in violation of applicable laws • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users outside your licensed seat count • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its infrastructure
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tabd, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the data you bring into the Service, including CRM records, contact information, and call logs. By using the Service, you grant Tabd a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Feedback you provide to us about the Service may be used by Tabd without restriction or obligation to you.
The Service integrates with third-party VoIP providers and CRM platforms. Your use of those integrations is governed by the respective third-party terms of service. Tabd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.
Authentication tokens and API keys for third-party services are stored encrypted and are used solely to perform the integration actions you configure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tabd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Tabd's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tabd does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tabydial.com or through the account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
